Our management fee includes all of the following services:
- Collection of rents
- Payment of all property bills, mortgage, insurance, etc.
- CAM billings and reconciliations
- Property repair and regular maintenance
- Bid solicitation and contractor oversight
- 24 hour availability for emergency repairs
- Banking services
- Leasing with thorough tenant screening
- Preparation of monthly statements and owner checks
- Year-end statements and preparation of 1099 forms
- Property data and statements available online 24 hours a day
- Tenant dispute resolution
- Green technology for property upgrades/repairs (to conserve resources and save money)
- Evictions
Our management fee for commercial units is negotiable and depends upon the type, size, and location of the property.
SunPoint Realty is licensed, insured, and all client funds are managed in a separate trust account. We also now use Propertyware software to manage all of our units.
